Common issues (general Minecraft/Haven list):
- Can’t join / not whitelisted — post exact Java launcher name in Haven #info and ping Donut
- Wrong username — name must match whitelist exactly (caps and underscores matter)
- Pack mismatch — use ATM10 for Minecraft 1.21.1
- Haven signup or login stuck — say what you see; ping Donut in #info
- Grief, harassment, or scam — report in #info or email report@
- Something else — short description (screenshots help)
